Shipping & Returns
Orders will be processed, packaged, and shipped within 1-3 business days of the purchase.
Orders generally take 3-5 business days to be delivered once they are shipped out domestically within the United States.
Please note: This does not include the processing and handling time. Orders do not ship out immediately as the processing and handling time can take 1-3 days before we actually ship. Items being shipped internationally can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks for arrival.
In order to qualify for free shipping, your order must have a minimum subtotal of $55.00 and the shipping address must be within the United States. We do not offer free shipping for international locations and all international orders are subject to the full applicable shipping costs.
Returns & Replacements
Returns are accepted and the return shipping costs of the item is the customer’s responsibility. Before you ship the item back, you must first contact us via e-mail support@norellxi.com. This email must be sent within 5 business days of receiving the item if your intention is to return the item. We will provide detailed instructions regarding the item return in our email response. The item that is to be returned must be shipped within 14 business days of its arrival/delivery date in order to get a full replacement.
Refunds
Refunds are allowed only if the order has not yet shipped. In special cases, we may issue a refund after the order has shipped and this will be determined when we receive your email support@norellxi.com. If a determination has been made that we will refund the item, the package must be returned back to us in the same condition as it was received by you in order for us to give you a refund. If the package and or item is damaged, shows signs of wear and is not in same condition as originally shipped, no refund will be given. In those special cases, where the item has shipped and you are requesting a refund, we will not review this request if the item ship date is 30+ days old. In extreme situations, we may allow a return and then only a store credit will be given dependent on the condition of the package/item.
Ordering
Items ordered and cleared for payment will be packaged within 1-3 business days. In the event that we are out of stock on an item that you ordered, we will contact you and present different options. These options could include selecting a different size, different color, or a different design that is equal, cost wise, for the original purchased item. We can, also upon request, issue a store credit to your account for the amount of the purchased item which then you can use once the item is back in stock.
